THE BIG CHALLENGE

When Luna Therapy partnered with RUN Marketing, the clinic was operating with a single-page website that limited its ability to rank effectively in search engines, engage users with detailed service information, and generate high-quality leads. Recognizing the need for a comprehensive digital strategy, our first step was to revamp their website and integrate SEO to improve online visibility and attract high-paying clients. How We Tackled Those Challenges

Phase 1: Website Transformation & Lead-Generation Systems

When Luna Therapy collaborated with RUN Marketing, they had a single-page website that presented the clinic with a search engine visibility issue that limited its ability to rank effectively in search engines, engage users with detailed service information, and generate high-quality leads. So, realizing that they lacked a coherent digital strategy to start with, we first redesigned their website and integrated SEO to help generate attention from the higher-paying clients. That was not only to have a more utilitarian and knowledge-oriented website but also to develop an online presence that would strike chords with potential clients, showcasing Luna Therapy’s viewpoint and empathic approach.

Phase 2: SEO & Content Strategy

Transitioning to the second phase, we improvised a content strategy focusing on the creation of specified blogs that would correspond to Luna Therapy’s areas of focus. These blogs were developed and designed with specific local keywords in mind to increase organic traffic.

Phase 3: Meta & Google Ad Campaigns

In the third phase, we used Meta and Google ads to amplify their presence to capture leads. It underlined their primary approaches, which are providing psychological care for neurodivergent people as well as offering efficient services for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Subtle ad messages were also used to encourage people to embrace therapy as a process of finding themselves as well as improve both the click-through and info-request ratios.

Phase 4: Boosting Engagement through Continuous Performance Analysis

In the fourth phase, which is 'sustaining performance’, we concentrated on constant performance appraisal and enhancement. This also included the conduct of performance assessments on a monthly basis to facilitate tracking of website traffic data, leads, and ad interactions.
